Return Window
You may return eligible items within thirty calendar days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the products remain unused and in resalable condition with original packaging intact.
Eligible Items
Printed kits, binders, laminated cards, and accessory labels are eligible when they show no writing, bending, or moisture damage. Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase are excluded and will be labeled clearly on your order confirmation.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized planners with handwritten names, digital downloads delivered via email, and products damaged after delivery due to improper storage are not eligible for return. Shipping materials sent separately as replacements are non-refundable but may be reissued if defective.
How to Start a Return
Contact us through Reach Us with your order number, purchase date, and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions within two business days. Returns sent without authorization may experience processing delays.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived defective or incorrect. We recommend trackable US postal or courier services. Refunds do not include original outbound shipping unless the error was ours.
Inspection and Processing
Returned packages are inspected at our Henderson facility within five business days of receipt. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Exchanges ship within seven business days after approval, subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your kit arrives damaged or items are missing, notify us within seven days of delivery with photos of the packaging and contents. We will arrange replacements or partial refunds without requiring return shipment of damaged goods when documentation is sufficient.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled without fee before they enter printing. Once production begins, cancellations may incur material costs up to twenty percent of the order value if work cannot be repurposed.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve issues promptly. Unresolved chargebacks may result in suspension of future orders to protect against fraud.
State Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights available under Nevada or other US state consumer protection laws. Where state law provides a longer withdrawal period for certain transactions, that period applies.
